Why we do what we do

As one of the very few home-care providers working across the country who specialise in supporting children and adults with a brain injury and other neurological conditions, our main focus is to enable and empower the individuals we support to live independently and achieve their desired goals. We are proud to say that we have staff who have been with us since Team Brain Injury Support was established. For us, this shows we are succeeding when it comes to delivering a quality service to those we support and taking care of our staff members.

What is it like to work at Team Brain Injury Support?

"Throughout my time at Team, I’ve provided numerous different types of support to a range of different people. Team like to match the support workers to the individuals, they send your profile to them, do meets and greets and set you up with shadow shifts so you feel comfortable and confident. Now my children are older, to further my career Team are supporting my choice to start my NVQ."

What our clients say

Pablo has complex needs and the care team from Team Brain Injury Support know him so well. They offer encouragement and have got him to safely partake in social activities in a local club. He looks forward to this and it’s great to see that Pablo can join in and enjoy life.
We know that our son Robbie is in safe hands with the Team Brain Injury Support. We can spend time away from him without worrying, which is important for us. Robbie requires familiarity and can be challenging, but Team Brain Injury Support fully included us in the initial recruitment and ongoing care package management so we know our son is looked after and supported by people he likes and trusts.
We are now 10 years into sharing life with support workers and pushing for the better. Whenever we have any concerns, Team staff and management always listen, and they are dealt with in a professional manner.
