We are a leading national provider, supporting adults and children in the community with medium to long term complex health care needs.
Our client is a young lady who has learning disabilities, nonverbal and Cerebral Palsy. She lives in the Forsbrook, Stoke-On-Trent area within the grounds of the family home. Your role is to meet her medical, personal care and day-to-day assistance needs. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.
