Our Mission

Our aim is to support and assist our companies in any way we can to provide outstanding, bespoke care that promotes independence, dignity and choice for individuals, across a range of high acuity healthcare sectors.

How Our Businesses Operate

All businesses within the Acuity Care Group operate using a remote care model. This means our Support Workers and wider care teams usually live in the locality of our clients. You can expect a fast-paced environment working with great people who all share a common purpose and mission. Our main Acuity Care Head Office is based in Nottingham and we also have a Southampton Office which is often used by our Team Brain Injury and LDA businesses.

What our employees members say

I have worked with Team Brain Injury Support for few years now and I have to say it’s the best decision I made. The recruitment process was quick and effective and they are flexible with how you want to work your shifts. I highly RECOMMEND this company if you looking for employment.
Seeing people at their most vulnerable and providing hope, reassurance, a simple shoulder to cry on, is an amazing feeling. It’s a challenging role, helping people who would otherwise struggle, but that’s something support workers actively enjoy. It’s an incredible feeling being genuinely needed and genuinely empowering someone.
Throughout my time as an LDA Support Worker, I have listened, I have laughed, I have felt immense pride, I have mentored, coached, and taught, but I have also continuously learned. Through helping others to develop and succeed, I have also developed and succeeded.
